And I have no shame in saying that I say it with great pride that Dasvi is a good clean hearted family film.”

Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur, on Wednesday, launched their ‘Dasvi’ trailer that won hearts and a lot of laughs for its one-of-a-kind story. Besides that, the trailer also caught the attention of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s fans.
The clip ends with a hilarious dialogue where Abhishek is asked to convert a sentence, “Ranveer loves Deepika,” into a passive voice. The star who plays the character Ganga Ram Chaudhary, hilariously replies, “Everybody loves Deepika.”
While fans were laughing out loud at the cute mention of the Bollywood power couple, Deepika also joined in to share the clip and send her best wishes saying, “Thank you team Dasvi for the love. Wishing you guys the best.”
Abhishek has been receiving a lot of love from his fans for his new role. Dad Amitabh Bachchan also proved to be the biggest cheerleader when he penned a note revealing how his son has proved to be a fitting successor.
“The greatest joy for a Father is to witness the achievements of his children .. to savour the glory they bring to his name .. to be in the recognition as the Father of Abhishek, rather the other way round .. and Abhishek sums it up for me ..” Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog.
The film tells the story of a school dropout who goes on to become a corrupt politician. It is only in jail that he finds a new purpose to complete his education.
Meanwhile, Deepika will soon reunite with Amitabh for the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film ‘The Intern’. The actress is currently shooting for ‘Pathaan’ with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham in Spain.
