On the sixth day of its release, Laal Singh Chaddha has collected just Rs 2 crore as per early estimates shared by India Today. The first day of the film had a box office collection which jumped to approximately Rs 11 crore and on the sixth day it suffered a huge drop. In fact, there are several reports suggesting that Laal Singh Chaddha shows are being canceled in theaters due to low occupancy. An exhibitor informed Bollywood Hungama, “Both Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar need to look into their choice of films. Will Liger be a hit?

Next up for release is Liger. The film, co-produced by Karan Johar, stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday in lead roles. The film marks Vijay’s entry into Bollywood. It is a pan-Indian film and there is a lot of excitement among Vijay Deverakonda fans. The trailer received a great response from the audience. Even at events, fans go crazy to catch a glimpse of Vijay Deverakonda. Everyone is crossing their fingers and hoping Liger becomes a box office hit.
